Our Commitment
We are committed to ensuring that our customer have a safe and easy way to pay. The payment process is encrypted to the highest possible level, so you can rest assured that your payment details will never been seen by unauthorised persons. We also use stringent fraud screening rules and the latest fraud detection tools available to ensure that all orders placed are genuine and not fraudulent.
Accepted cards
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Solo, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro, American Express and delta. When entering your card details and billing address, please ensure that you type the same information that appears on your bank statement.
3D Secure Scheme
3D Secure can be thought of as an online version of 'Chip and Pin'. Visa has called their version of the scheme 'Verified by Visa' and MasterCard have called their equivalent initiative 'MasterCard SecureCode'. These are both collectively referred to as 3D Secure. Once registered into the scheme the user will be required to enter a password to complete an online transaction.
Paypal
PayPal enables our customers to securely, conveniently send payments online, without having to enter sensitive information into anything other than the Paypal interface. Please note that we require all customers to use Paypal accounts with confirmed address only. Any order with an unconfirmed address will be cancelled. If you paid for your order using PayPal, unfortunately you will not be able to return your order to store for an exchange or refund.
LayBuy
Laybuy lets you spread payments (interest free) over 6 weekly instalments
Pay your first instalment when you order. The remaining 5 payments will automatically be taken each week on your selected payment day, from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. All payment information including a payment schedule can be viewed at any time through your Laybuy account.

Delivery
UK Mainland Delivery 
All orders placed via our website will aim to be shipped the same day, if placed before 1pm. Any large delays to this will be communicated with the client via writing.
All our orders will be delivered via Royal Mail delivery and aim to be with you within 2-4 working days. Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business working day. 
Worldwide Delivery 
For worldwide shipping, delivery will be a longer period dependent on location. This will be made clear at checkout and any large delays will be communicated via writing.
EU Orders and Brexit
Orders being sent to countries within the EU will be shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. If necessary, you will be required to pay the fees to release your order from customs, so it can be successfully delivered. You should receive the customs invoice via post or email from the carrier.

Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities. These fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, Dood Eyewear has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.
Returns
Dood eyewear will gladly accept returns on orders returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Unfortunately, any attempted returns outside of 14 days will not be accepted. To organise a return on your glasses, please email info@doodeyewear.com stating order number and reason for return and a member of the team will be in contact to organise the return. 
All glasses must be returned in original packing and intact (glasses, cloth, case). 
Once your order return has been confirmed and received, please allow 2-5 business days for the return to be processed following review of returned item. 
All returns cost must be covered by purchaser, unless otherwise discussed with Dood eyewear. Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
