Payments

Shopping with Dood Eyewear is safe and secure. Every payment is encrypted to the highest standard and screened for fraud, so your details are never at risk. We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.

Delivery

Free UK delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2–4 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.

Worldwide delivery
We ship worldwide. Costs and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout, and we will always let you know if there is a significant delay.

EU orders
Orders to the EU are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs duties or taxes are set by your local authorities and paid by you — your carrier will send the invoice. If a parcel is refused, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from the refund.

Returns

We want you to love your Dood frames. If something is not right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • To start a return, email info@doodeyewear.com with your order number and reason, and a member of the team will guide you through it.
  • Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging, complete with the case and cloth.
  • Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once we have received and inspected your return, please allow 2–5 working days for it to be processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items
Please check your order on arrival and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, and we will put it right.

Please note: 1/1 collection pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
