Shipping / Delivery Policy

Free UK delivery We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2–4 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the next working day. We'll always let you know if there is a significant delay.

Worldwide delivery We ship worldwide. Costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

EU orders Orders to the EU are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs duties or taxes are set by your local authorities and are payable by you; your carrier will normally invoice these. If a parcel is refused and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from your refund.
