Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Dood frames. If something isn't right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- To start a return, email info@doodeyewear.com with your order number and the reason for return, and a member of the team will guide you through it.
- Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging, complete with the case and cloth.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- 1/1 collection pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Faulty or damaged items Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exchanges The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original order and, once it's accepted, place a new order.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return we'll let you know the outcome and issue any refund to your original payment method. Please allow 2–5 working days for processing, plus any additional time your bank needs to post the refund.
